About Daisy Care Homes

Daisy Care Homes is an independent children’s residential care provider committed to delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care for children and young people who are unable to live within their family environment.

Our homes provide a small, supportive, family-style setting where children are cared for by trained, compassionate professionals who place each child’s safety, wellbeing, and development at the centre of everything they do. We focus on creating a stable and structured environment that helps young people build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.

Leadership & Management

Leadership and management at Daisy Care Homes are focused on providing clear direction, strong governance, and a culture of continuous improvement to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

 

The service is led by an experienced Registered Manager, supported by a Responsible Individual, who together ensure that the home operates in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Leadership arrangements promote accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making across all aspects of the service.

Managers provide visible, consistent leadership, ensuring that staff are well supported through regular supervision, training, and performance reviews. Clear policies and procedures guide practice, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, risk management, and positive behaviour support.
